London Pass Redemption Centre
Simply present your printed e-voucher at the following central London redemption centre where it will be exchanged for your London Pass.

  • The London Pass Redemption Desk, 11a Charing Cross Road, London, WC2H 0EP.
  • (Nearest Underground Station: Leicester Square, take Exit 1 from Leicester Square tube station onto Charing Cross Road, Turn left and walk past the Wyndham’s Theatre, Walk 100 metres towards Trafalgar square, the redemption desk is the downstairs area of the ticket information booth on the right hand side opposite the Garrick theatre).

Opening Hours:

  • Open 7 days a week: Monday to Sunday: 10am to 4.30pm.
  • Closed: 25 and 26 December, 1st January.
  • Opening hours may occasionally change. Please check the website before travel to get the most up to date opening hours.

All customers collecting Passes must provide the following documentation to the house security staff: Photo ID (either passort or driving licence, plus the credit card used to purchase the Pass(es).

N. B. Apsley House now closes at 17.00 daily.

Westminster Abbey: There is no entry between 12.00 -13.00 Monday to Friday due to the daily service.

Please Note: The Abbey is a fully working church and are therefore subject to closures at short notice.

How Long is my London Pass Valid?

The London Pass is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Once the card is activated, this is how it works:

  • Your London Pass is activated the first time you use it to enter an attraction or use a service including the hop on hop off tour.
  • Days are counted consecutively and as calendar days. So for example if you use your 3 day London Pass for the first time on Tuesday at 1pm, Tuesday counts as your 1st day. The London Pass will then expire at the end of the day on Thursday, the 3rd day.
  • You can visit each attraction on the list once only during the lifetime of the card

How Do I Get into Attractions with my London Pass?
Just present your London Pass wherever you would normally pay and you get in FREE. It's as simple as that!

How Do I Get my London Pass
When you purchase the incredible value London Pass, you'll receive a voucher by email to be printed and taken to the London Pass Redemption Centre where it will be redeemed for the London Pass and Guidebook.
