Take to the sky for your first flying lesson at some of the friendliest flying clubs in the country. You can take the controls yourself and discover the absolute freedom of the sky.

Your 45 minute flying lesson begins with a pre-flight briefing with your instructor. They will talk you through the effects of an aircraft's controls and what you will be doing during your first trial flying lesson. Then it's time to walk out to the aircraft where you will be taken on a "walk round" to see the main control surfaces of the aircraft.
Your instructor will do the take off, and then will demonstrate some basic manoeuvres before it's your turn! Then you can experience for yourself the sheer exhilaration of flying.

Your 45 minute lesson includes take off and landing.

Please note that if you are over the supplier's maximum weight limit you may be asked to pay an additional fee to cover the overall aircraft weight. Please check on booking.

• Your flying lesson will last 45 minutes, but please allow 1½ hours at the venue.

• You're welcome to bring family and friends along to watch you take to the sky.

Restrictions and Considerations:

• This may not be suitable if pregnant suffer from epilepsy, fits, severe head injuries, fainting, giddiness, blackouts, high blood pressure or heart conditions. Maximum weight 89kg-108kg (14-17 stone), maximum height 1.85m (6'4") depending on the location.
• Minimum age varies depending on your chosen location, under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

Requirements:

• You do not need any qualifications to take part in this activity.

Availability:

• This experience is available Monday to Sunday, throughout the year, subject to availability. You must take the experience before the expiry date.
