This is a relaxing trip on which we combine two famous attractions, the beautiful Valley of Butterflies and the quiet island of Halki (Chalki).
Our first stop is at the Valley of the Butterflies on the western side of the island of Rhodes, which lies approximately five kilometres south east of the village of Theologos (or Tholos). The Valley of the Butterflies (Petaloudes) is one of the most attractive destinations on the island especially during August when thousands of butterflies of the Genus Panaxia (species Quadripunctaria Poda) overwhelm the valley in order to reproduce.
You will have the opportunity to explore the lush scenic valley for approximately 1-1.5 hours.
After leaving the valley, our second stop is at Kamiros Skala Harbour where you will embark on the boat to the idyllic island of Chalki in the Aegean Sea, some 6kms west of Rhodes. With an area of 11 square miles it is the smallest inhabited island of the Dodecanese. Here you will have time to relax and enjoy the island and crystal clear sea.
Please note: Entrance fees to the Butterfly Valley are not included and are approximately between €3-5pp depending on the time of year.

Tour Availability: Wednesdays only between June and September.
Meeting Time: From 7.25am dependent upon resort in the North and from 6.30am dependent upon resort in the South. The pickup point will be either your hotel or the closest point to your hotel. Pick up times and drop off times are approximate and subject to change. Client will need to contact resort office at least 24hrs prior to departure to reconfirm and note pick-up details. Pick up times vary depending on which pick up location you are allocated and due to traffic, so you may be picked up either 10min before or after your allocated time. Please ensure you are at the pick-up point AT LEAST 15 Mins BEFORE your pick up time.
Duration: Full Day tour.
Meeting Point: You will be picked up from your hotel or a close, centrally located meeting point.
Inclusions: Return Transport, Boat trip and English Speaking Guide.
Exclusions: Entrance Fee to Butterflies Valley (€5 approx), food and drinks or other services not mentioned above.
Additional Information: Unfortunately this tour is not suitable for passengers with mobility problems.
