THIS DOLPHIN EXPERIENCE IS SUITABLE FOR PASSENGERS STAYING IN RIVIERA MAYA and PLAYA DEL CARMEN ONLY.

A program for all ages: Learn and have fun! The Dolphin Encounter is especially designed to bring you and your family closer to nature and discover plenty of information on these tender and playful animals that always seem to be smiling.

Your family will be able to enjoy a number of safe and fun activities especially designed for kids big and small. Our goal is to teach all we know about these amazing animals and for you to have a good time.

The dolphin interaction can be enjoyed from a platform in the water. The program includes a fin handshake, a hug, a peck on the cheek, and a special song for you. The dolphin will also delight you with its playful antics. Our privileged location in Puerto Aventuras allows guests to enjoy the best service. The dolphinarium is located in a private residential complex in the Riviera Maya. You will return home with this unforgettable memory and a smile from ear to ear!

Child policies:
Children 1-5 years old go free of charge. Please note the below policies:

• Minimum age for participation: 1 year old.
• Children 1-7 years or less than 1.20m tall must be accompanied by 1 paying adult. 1 Paying adult per child.
• Children 8+ years old or more than 1.20m tall can do the swim on their own.
• Child activities include only a kiss, a hug and a handshake with the Dolphins.

Important: The itinerary and inclusions of any ticket which features animals is subject to change without notice. We cannot offer any refunds when any such changes are made as these are beyond our control.

Tour runs daily.

Schedules: You will be booked in for any time that is available and times can vary especially during busy periods (Specific time will be confirmed in resort).
Your specific time could be: 9am 11am, 1pm or 3pm.

Tour Duration: Approx. 50 minutes.
You will have 10 minutes briefing and 40 minutes in the water with the Dolphin.

It is important to arrive and be ready at least 30 minutes before your programme. Transportation to/from the venue is not included and is payable locally. 

Dolphin Encounter Location: Manzana 23, Plano 1 Lote 11 Centro Comercial Marina Puerto Aventuras Solidaridad, Quintana Roo 77400, Mexico.

Inclusions:
Dolphin Encounter - 40 mins. Handshake, hug, hand target and kiss with the Dolphin.
Buffet Meal with 2 non-alcoholic beverages during lunch. Please note this is not available for those on the 3pm encounter.
Lockers, showers and restrooms.
English & Spanish speaking guide/ dolphin trainer included.

Exclusions:
Transport to the venue.
Photos of your experience with the Dolphin.
Towels.

Please wear your swimsuit, comfortable clothes, sun protection and biodegradable sunscreen.

Important Information:

• This venue currently only accepts Mexican Pesos when in resort.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women over 5 months are not allowed in any of our aquatic activities. Pregnant women with less than 5 months can participate only if accompanied by another adult and having signed a relevant form.
