Tour the former brewery of Heineken like a VIP!
This tour of the Heineken Experience is a small group tour that leads you through the original brewery. Your guide will tell you all the interesting and funny facts about the world-famous brand Heineken - and its beers, of course!
One of the most important parts of the tour is the Beer Tasting! You can try different beers, accompanied by selected cheeses and snacks.
Your ticket includes Fast-Track Entry so that you can avoid the queues upon admission.
Important: For the Heineken Experience Entrance Ticket only - Children aged 12-17 years old may go if accompanied by an adult. They will need to have Photo ID with them and will only be allowed to consume soft drinks.
Now you can also choose to include a 1 hour Canal Cruise! This cruise allows you to ee the elegant houses that have lined the canals since the Golden Age and many more highlights.
IMPORTANT: TIMESLOTS MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 24HRS IN ADVANCE
Guests must redeem their voucher and pre-book a specific timeslot at least 24 hours before they wish to enter the attraction.
They can do this at Damrak 26, 1012 LJ Amsterdam (Lindbergh Tour & Ticket Office)
Bookings are based on availability and so will only be valid after a timeslot has been booked.

Heineken Tour Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours.
Heineken Experience is located at Stadhouderskade 78, 1072 AE Amsterdam.
Opening hours Heineken Experience: Mon - Thur: 10.30am - 7.30pm (last entry at 5.30pm) / Fri - Sun: 10.30am - 9pm (last entry at 7pm). On 24th and 31st December the Heineken Experience will close at 4pm (last entry at 2.30pm). Opening Times may vary. Please enquire when collecting your tickets.
Canal Cruise Frequency:
Canal Cruise departs daily during the winter season between 9.30am and 9pm from the Prins Hendrikkade 25, Amsterdam.
During the summer season (22nd March until 28th October 2018) the cruise departs daily from 9am until 10pm, approx, every 15-20 minutes.
Cruise duration: Approximately 1 hour.
Cruise Meeting point: Central Station, Stationsplein, Amsterdam. Please ensure you are at the meeting point at least 30 mins prior to Cruise start to exchange your voucher and board.
Your Canal Cruise ticket is flexible and you are free to use it within the year of booking.

Windows never steam up due to good heating system.
Important information:
- Unfortunately the boat hasn't got disabled access. Wheelchair users can leave their wheelchair at the dock and can be seated at a table close to the door. Please mention when you make the booking that you or a fellow passenger use a wheelchair. Visitors will need to walk down a few steps to get on board.
Please note: During December and January the Amsterdam Light Festival takes place for which boat departures may vary. Please enquire locally for the most up to date information.
