You and your guest will both enjoy an hour session in one of their Salt Cave's, where you will be able to unwind and escape every-day life in this Halotherapy session and experience inhaling the dry, salt-enriched air which is proven to have amazing healing properties.
You will both receive a 30 minute anti stress massage which is guaranteed to leave you feeling completely at ease. Throughout the day you are free to use all facilities that the health club has to offer including the use of their gym, sauna, swimming pool, steam room and Jacuzzi.
Upon arrival you are greeted by one of the friendly staff members at Twinwoods who will ask you to fill out a brief health and safety from and then it’s time to decide what to participate in first.
Why not take advantage of the health club and get that blood pumping with a weighty gym session or burn off your breakfast with a run on one of their treadmills. To follow, how about stepping in to the tropical themed pool room, where the water is kept at warming 31 degrees so you can really unwind. Spend some time in the Jacuzzi or enjoy their sauna, steam room or state of the art underwater air massage lounger.
Next on your agenda...an anti-stress Swedish massage, where the masseuse will use aroma therapy oils to increase circulation, leaving you feeling completely relaxed and at ease. Your massages will be one after the other so one of you can relax in the spa whilst the other enjoys their treatment before swapping over.
Finally you will both experience a memorable one hour Halotherapy session in one Twinwood’s Salt Caves. The salt cave mixes tranquillity and therapy in perfect harmony, with a range of recliners, chairs and bean bags you can select your therapy style. Whether you want to read, use their entertainment system or sleep you can recharge during this treatment your way. A perfect end to a relaxing day!
