A thrilling Segway adventure of Upton House and Country Park with a traditional Dorset Cream Tea.

See Poole's award-winning Upton Country Park which has 130 acres of parkland, shoreline and formal estate gardens in style with this guided Segway tour.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by your instructor who will issue you with safety equipment and run through a safety briefing. You will then take to your Segway and master the skills of the Segway in the practice area. Once everyone is feeling confident and your instructor is happy with your progress you will then venture into the gardens and woodland of Upton House and Country Park.

Glide through the grounds taking in the amazing view across Holes Bay. From here you will continue through the nature reserve where you will see an abundance of wildlife and plants, some of which are unique to this site. Go off the beaten path as you venture into Grove Woods, where you will see what these amazing machines can really do as you zap through the trees and up and down slopes on dirt tracks!

After you've finished on the Segway, you can relax in the beautiful gardens or courtyard of Upton House Tea Rooms as you indulge in a traditional Dorset Cream Tea.
Your tea will consist of scones, cakes, clotted cream, jam and either tea or coffee, all produce is locally sourced and home baked.

Restrictions and Considerations:

• You must be physicially fit and able to stand for approximately 1 hour. There is a minimum weight of 7 stone (45kg) and a maximum weight of 18 stone (115kg). This experience is not suitable for pregnant women or those with bad back and necks.
• The minimum age is 12 years old, under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
