THE TOUR will highlight the past, present and future of New York City as your navigator shares facts and answers your questions along the route. Audio-visual technology allows THE TOUR to “speak” on command throughout the live-guided journey.
Each coach is equipped with 3000 LED lights, 40 flat screen monitors and three rows of stadium-style seating facing floor to ceiling glass windows, allowing you to experience New York in an entirely new way!

THE TOUR Operates: Daily, excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Tour Duration: Approx. 90 minutes..
Tour Departure Point: THE TOUR will depart promptly from 45th Street and Broadway. (The line forms in front of the bus outside of the Marriott Marquis Hotel; look for THE TOUR employees wearing bright t-shirts).
Please be in line AT LEAST 15 mins prior to your tour start time.
THE TOUR is not wheelchair accessible and you will need to climb stairs to enter the coach.

When you’ve Booked: You’ll receive an initial confirmation from us immediately. We will then send your booking details to the supplier within 48 hours to request confirmation. Once they confirm that your requested date and ticket is available, we will email your confirmation which will include the local operator’s contact details and any relevant information.
IMPORTANT! To redeem your voucher: You will need to request your time slot by emailing reservations@experiencetheride.com or by calling the box office on 212-221-0853 once your booking is confirmed. Please note, failure to confirm a slot will result in you being denied boarding. Your voucher will be redeemed upon boarding the bus. Specific time slots must be booked as soon as possible as the tours sell out quickly and no later than 48-hours prior to your tour date.
